Libertarian Party founder David Nolan, who passed away on Sunday, was his party’s nominee for U.S. Senate in Arizona earlier this year.
In memory of his passing, here is a 10-minute interview that Nolan did earlier this year with a website called Motorhome Diaries.
During the interview, Nolan recalls his first involvement with politics as a supporter of Barry Goldwater and how his desire for a pro-liberty voice in the political arena helped lead to the creation of the Libertarian Party.
Nolan also clearly expresses his frustration with the national LP and what he believed was an ongoing a move towards watering down the libertarian message.
